Here are terms and conditions for car rental in Sanya Hainan Island:
1. A photocopy of your passport, driving license (Chinese or International) is a must.
2. Deposit to cover any damage the driver could causes. The amount vary according to different rental centers regulations.
3. Limitation of daily mileage, some companies have max 300 km daily limit, some 400 km daily limit. Out of Hainan Island journey is not allowed and all cars are equipped with GSM.
4. Rentals are per day on the basis of 24 hours; limited to 300 km /400 km, extra mileage will be charged at RMB1/KM. Usually half day is limited to 4 hours.
5. Car Rental Contract should be signed on the day of rental deal, as all the contract are written in Chinese, we will translate them to English for you and help you to fulfill the complete procedure, ensure you a smooth car rental process.
6. Major credit cards are accepted for some big companies. For deposit, if you think the amount is not too high, you can pay in cash. They will prefer by cash.
7. All the prices increase during the big holidays, 50%-70% more for the rental.
