Deposits: All bookings made of accommodation and flights must be guaranteed by your credit card at the

time of booking. We will not charge any penny from your card. Bookings of RMB5000 or less, or bookings

traveling within 15 days will be allowed to pay cash the full amount upon arrival in Sanya. Bookings over

RMB5000 or traveling more than 15 days out will be required to pay a deposit of 30% at the time of final

confirmation. Deposit conditions for certain accommodation and tour products may vary. We will advise you

in writing of these conditions at the time of booking and confirmed by formal written Confirmation Letter.

Bookings over Chinese Block Days (Labor Day, National Day, Spring Festival) require a non

refundable deposit of 50%.

Final Payments: Credit card guarantee or deposit to our bank account is required in order to hold your

reservation. Some more exclusive resorts or specific vendors have additional deposit requirements. Final

payment is to be made no later than your departure from Sanya by cash or credit card. If for any reason your

credit card guarantee or deposit is not received by Global Sanya Travel Service Co., Ltd on or before due

dates, we reserve the right to change the price or cancel the booking.

We accept the payment by cash in any currancy or by bank transfer through Bank of China / ICBC

/ CCB, the last one by credit card.

1. If you pay by cash, we will go to your hotel upon your arrival in Sanya to collect the money.
   
   
2. If you prefer by bank transfer, then please follow the steps below to make payment throught:
   
   
   • Double check the Comfirmaiton Letter we sent you with your signature and find out
     
     your whole package cost.
     
     
   • Find our bank detailed informaiton on the letter.
     
     
   • Go to local bank, and use our bank account informaiton to make it.
     
     
   • Do not foget to fax us the remittance slip or bank slip to prove the successful transfer
     
     payment.
     
     
3. If you do not accept the above two payment mathods, you can pay by credit card, but we have to go to bank together and withdraw Chinese currency from Bank of China with high handling fee or commission fee. There is a bank in Yalong Bay, but they only accep Visa and Master Card. For small amout of payment, we prefer you pay by Cash.
